Pastoral Resource Center

Pastors in Nicaragua face many challenges. Most church leaders here minister to small congregations that are often not able to provide a salary to the pastor. Also many that are called to the ministry are not able to access formal seminary training programs. As a result, a majority of pastors are bivocational, earling a living from a trade or business. Harvest Initiative organizes groups of leaders to assemble for training at locations close to their churches as well as resources for their small buisness endevours.
